        Im not sure why they have such bad reviews for customer service. The ladies there have always been super nice and helpful, whether over the phone or in person. Ive been a Glenpool resident for only 7 months and have had no issues, yet.

        They provide water. I pay my bill. It works for me and has, without fail, for near 40 years.

        I can NEVER get logged in to the site where you make utility payments. Every time I've tried I get the 'wrong user name or password'. If I click the ' forgot password' link it NEVER sends me an email like it states. If I call the water office about it they're like "Oh well whatever."
