1year lease. 2months without heat in winter, over 1 month without a.c. in the summer, several weeks without water. Did I mention the electrical issues? And now I notified them that raccoons were in the attic 2 months ago and they didnt send anyone out till 2 weeks ago. Since then they caught one and let the others die in the attic and are decaying and smell of death in the house and still nothing. The worst real estate/property management company I've ever seen! I wouldnt buy a house from them if they gave it to me for free. Incredibly lazy and unprofessional!

Pathetic waste of time, after having done an extensive research of the area, I brought the agent a list of homes I wanted to visit in order to narrow down which one I'd like to buy. However, she made a completely unbelievable declaration that she couldn't find any of them "in their system" and would not be able to arrange for me to be able to see a single one. If you wish to be lied to, by all means go here.
