I don't understand how this chain, such an exclusive chain has become this. Something is not right. So much careless simply doesn't seem right. I don't want to prolong this review with so many negative things that it may sound that I have something personal against it. I don't. But the owners must know. Dirty. Like nothing has been vacuumed properly for weeks. Long hairs in the tub, unfilled shampoo bottles, black out curtains that do not roll all the way down, room keys that deactivate every day (trips back to the front desk), room service that do clean toilets, all corners of the room dusty, toilet paper pieces under my bed, bed made (if room service ever shoe up) looks like it was made by some that was upset. Did the front desk help? By apologizing and offering to fix the problems the following day. One is already settled down, clothes are in the closet....moving to another room? That is not ok. I might cancel my Hilton credit card and forget about Hilton Honors account. Hilton ifor my new trip to Germany? Costa Rica? Probably not unless headquarters read this and contact me.

I prepaid for a suite and was very disappointed with the condition of the suite, room number 220. The shade on the window closest to the bed did not close all the way, so I have the outside lighting shinning into the head of the bed. The remote worked, but the location of the receiver was below the top of the dress (?), so I had to stand next to the dress so the remote could establish a connection with the receiver. I don't know who designed the vanity sink but they failed in considering the location of the facet. When I was my hands, the facet was so close to the edge of the sink I kept hitting my knuckles. But the best part is when the TV turned on, a little block came up on the screen that said "Holiday Inn Express OKC". Seems the TV was giving me a better option for my next visit to Guthrie.

Stayed in the King Suite for the night. Front desk clerk for evening shift was friendly and efficient. The room however was not up to the same level. Stains on 2 of 3 shower towels, dirt and hair on shower edges and interior, dead bugs throughout the room but mostly windows, the bed was comfortable but with closer inspection the bed cover was stained as well as the pillows, tears in the sheet, random hairs everywhere and the bedding did not smell recently washed.
