Premier built me a custom gate with automatic opener several years ago. It still looks great and performs well. The few times I have needed service they have responded quickly and competently to ensure its ongoing performance. I recommend them whenever friends have wanted fencing or gates. The whole process was a failure. Right from the start the quote was almost double because of miscommunication between estimator and Owners. The 1st delay, due to weather, 2nd delay they forgot to order the fencing. The install process was extremely slow and completely unorganized. Workers keep running out for additional parts. Gates were hung to swing in the wrong direction, gates and fencing was not level, brackets connections were missing screws, welding slag was not knocked off and cleaned before painting. You get it, the craftsmanship and quality control were also a complete failure. We invited the owners out to witness the poor craftsmanship. One of the owners, finally agreed to come to the house to witness the mess left by their installers. Kara agreed the craftsmanship was extremely sloppy and she would have the workers fix all problems. We also pointed out the wrong fence style was installed Kara's reply was " this is the fencing we always use the other fence would have been a special order. She acknowledged there was email between my husband and her specifying the fence style. But she missed the email and ordered the wrong fence. No, they did not replace the gates or fence with the correct fencing. As a matter of fact, they did not replace gates that had 8 holes in it. They welded the wholes and painted there oops. They did not clean the black spray paint off our brick either. Service: Aluminum fence installation
