        On Tuesday, I spoke to TJ on the phone and he was so friendly and helpful. He took his time to explain options to me. He explained that they are slammed right now (understandably) but my that he could get to me Friday morning since my situation was non-emergent. Perfect, no issues. Fast-forward to Friday afternoon, I have not seen or heard anything from them. I think they are probably a great company and are just overwhelmed, but I just wasted 3 days and still have critters.

        Great job! We saw a swarm, and started reaching out to get help. We got several estimates, TJ's was the most reasonable and most inclusive of all that would have to be done. when he came back out to prep for the work to be done on our date, he found that the hive had moved on. He gave us lots of information, cleaned the space out, added more insulation and sealed everything up. I would highly recommend him for anybody needing help!
