They had my boat from February 2022 till June 2022. No communication. Won’t return phone calls. Said boat was fixed. When I picked up batteries were so dead I couldn’t put motor support on. So they obviously didn’t check to make sure it was fixed. Took off trailer and put it right back on trailer. Not fixed. They said bring it back and we will get right on it. A week later they still haven’t even looked at it or pulled a code. Worst ever. Be warned.

Oh how we wish we could give TYCOON MOTOR SPORTS ZERO STARS! The ordeal we’ve been through with them would take a book to write. The shortest version is that we have a 240 Searay that we take great pride in. When Bobby McCourry worked there we took our boat there and was amazing. Since he passed away it’s been a nightmare! They have had our boat off and on for two years and CANNOT FIX IT. It was a water sensor. We even bought the part and took it to them! The said it was fixed and water tested. Then we took it out and it had not been fixed and found out it had not been water tested. They said the water sensor part (Who knows what happened to the part we bought…?). was on back order from Mercruiser til at least October due to covid. So we called them and they said they have 1000 in stock and told us to order it from Amazon. We did and will have the part in 4 days. We’ll pick up the boat, put the part on ourselves and NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! FYI, we have tried to talk to the owner and he is never there!
