I rent equipment quiet often from different rental shops from Madill and Kingston all the way down to Dallas. And I honestly can say that Bettis is the most friendliest, most helpful, always has my reservation there and ready to go. Just A great place to do business. They are my #1 rental company and I appreciate all they do

This place is a joke! The lady whom I talked to originally told me her driver would bring a contract out when our dumpster was placed and would take payment. I said do you mind if I give the driver cash. I don't want them to say we didn't pay, it get lost, etc. She said no they were trustworthy it was fine. Great! Driver shows up and my husband meets them out where it is to be placed. Driver asked where to place it and then drives off. I called the lady the following day to inform her that I underestimated the size and had already filled it up. She said let me look at your contract and see what we can do. I said you don't have a contract because my husband said they didn't leave anything or take payment. Then said it might be in my email. I said well perhaps but I never was asked for my email so that was unlikely. Today we get a phone call and my husband took the message as I was unavailable to talk at that time. I called them back this afternoon and the lady became so rude and placed the blame on me for them not having a signed contract! I asked to speak to the manager as I was in shock that I was being blamed for their driver's mishap. While she was handing the phone to owner/manager I hear her say that we didn't want to pay for the dumpster. I never once had any intention or thought of not paying for the dumpster. Owner/manager gets on the phone and defends his employee instead of apologizing that they failed to get the required paperwork to finish whatever process they needed on that end. He then told me that we must be present this afternoon and he would dump the "damn trash in my driveway". Well after cops got involved, lawyer on the phone, they proceeded to dump our trash on our driveway. Do not do business with this company. After several pictures being posted on social media, I got a few private messages asking if this was the company as they had dealings with this company. This business could have avoided a lot had they just said, oh my, our policy is to have a signed contract prior to drop-off or whatever it might be, but instead blamed me, the customer, for not being a magician and producing a contract. I had given my husband the cash to pay and said they will give you a contract read it and have him mark paid on contract and sign it. Done...no, they didn't do that and then blamed me. This is my first negative review to write on behalf of a business and my hope is that the owner recognizes their mistake in this matter. You don't treat a customer like that. Especially one who loves supporting small business owners. Also, while at our location the employee or owner told the officer they don't even do contracts any longer!!! The lawyer got a real kick out of that one and we recorded the whole action. If I have learned anything about 2020 is you record everything that is said because you never know when you might have to use it. Thank goodness Oklahoma has the laws in place for you to do so!
