Sold me rotten food and wouldn’t take it back for an exchange or return even though I had a receipt. Horrible service by their “manager”. Would rate lower if I could.

Worst customer service EVER! I was waiting at the cashier for over 10 minutes with no one there and finally the manager showed up. She did not apologize for the inconvenience and she was very rude to me and my young daughter. Will never come back here. Don’t bring your children around this woman!

I’m full time traveler across the US and this is one of the worst experiences I had a store. I was just trying to get my fishing license but the manager there was very rude to me. There is a fishing license specific for the lake nearby (Lake Texoma). The woman there (who said she was the manager) was talking to friends and eating at the counter. When I tried to ask for help she acted bothered by me. She told me they don’t do fishing license is there even though it says they do it all over the building. After asking some customers for help they gave me a better place to go. Can’t believe they would be so rude to people like that woman was to me.
