        Daniel was AMAZING he helped me and my husband understand our new fireplace. Gave us a how to class on how to work each knob and remote, how to light them etc. He was very professional and patient with us while teaching at the same time.Thank you Daniel !

        Had been recommended by a friend. We set up and appointment for 12/7/20 and he didn't show nor call. Gave him a second chance and was scheduled for 12/9/2020 and again has not shown. Will not use since they can't honor their appointments.
