      image He removed the top Velcro and put the rank patch in place saying he was told to put it there by the SFC. Then refused to fix it after explain how completely wrong he was and was never told that by no means. DO NOT LEAVE YOU STUFF WITH THEM. Too bad they keep removing the proof of their stupidity.
