I was traveling to Dallas and I made stop just bcs of this place, that stop add me 30 more minutes(before I did it I called them just to make sure what time they are closing, they told me at 10). It was 9:30 when I arrived and they told me they are closed. What a workers, they even don’t know until what time they are open

Service extremely slow for the 3rd time and they messed up our order last 2 times.

We went in on Dec 21 December 2021. No lids out for soft drinks, no paper towels, no condiments, Bathrooms were both closed, Gum Ball machine didn’t work, I have never seen the ice cream machine working seems like staff don’t want to use it. But main reason for this review was myself and my wife ate there within 3 hours we both had stomach aches and was in bathroom for few days after. We both know something was not prepared properly/bad chicken we did like the place had lunch there a lot but will not be back. Upper management better get ahold of staff because you should walk in when doors are opened and all lids, paper towels etc should be ready to go!
