We used them for inspection of our new house, it passed, we plan on using them for pest control.

Paid them $500 to do a termite and home inspection before purchasing our home. They said it was fine, never had termites. So, we purchased our home only to find out later that it, at one time, had termites and had termite damage. 2 exterior ways and a low bearing wall. We called them and got no where with them. We did not have active terminates so damage was done before the inspection. The 2nd company said Yates should have seen that the house at one time had termites. Also there were several electrical issues that were visible under the house. Call a lawyer and was told we could only sue for the amount we paid them---$500. Later I was talking to a realtor and she said: please tell me you did not have Yates do the inspections. So, that should tell you it was not just us. They shouldn't even get a star, but it won't allow me to post no stars.

They are very professional. We haven't had scorpions since we've been on there monthly treatment plan. Highly recommend.
