Horrible experience. Can’t count on staff to do their jobs on getting your deposit back for the event room. Don’t use these people.

You will have to stay on top of the staff, about every week to get your deposit back on the event room. They will cancel events without warning, and are very difficult to reach by phone. Don't recommend this business.

The pictures on websites lie and you can not CAN NOT get ahold of Metro-plains Manament every number for the office in the Dakota all numbers say this is not a working number. Today big sign on management door saying do not knock the office is closed due to COVID-19 surge Why is cafe open full of people. Does someone here have it so much drama Nasty drama it is a dog eat dog and I’m hungry peace out #RAFESTRONG#GODHASTHIS

It's like a Peyton Place. The apartments are nice. But there's some really vindictive people that live there. If they don't like you. They will make up lies & fill out complaints forms against you. Which causes evictions. In my opinion, this is very wrong. Lying is wrong! No matter what the situation is. It was like being in kindergarten. I do miss the views, though.
