They have botched the orders for my parents grave markers REPEATEDLY since May 2021. I have been very unsatisfied with the run around and repeated excuses that have resulted in my parents and uncle having unmarked graves for almost 8 months. They kept blaming the shortage of granite on the delay and after speaking with the memorial company, I have found out that they didn't even submit the completed order until DECEMBER. I started this process last MAY. High turnover of staff, inconsistent with follow through. Would NOT EVER use them again.

Jeff Brown buried both of my parents and did a great job. He handled every detail my family and I requested with urgency and empathy. I highly recommended Brown and Winters Funeral Home to all.
