They had billing issues and didn't bill my insurance until 3 months after my appointment. At that time my job had switched but they verified it wouldn't be my responsibility because they proved I had coverage during the time of my appointment. That was 2 years ago. I recently made an appointment to have a cleaning done and was told at my appointment that I would not be seen due to this outstanding bill I have 0 control over. They verified my insurance but failed to tell me over the phone that I wouldn't be seen. So I woke up and was there at 8:30am for nothing.

Dr. Robinson is one of the most kind, caring and intelligent doctors Ive ever met. His office staff is just as wonderful! Its refreshing to find a doctor, and staff, that actually cares about their patients well-being, and are excellent at their jobs! The doctor helped my 83 year old mother with some extremely difficult dental work, after a fall she experienced. Her teeth were knocked out of their sockets, along with a bone fracture, a tooth fracture and several chipped teeth (it was serious!) The office got her in ASAP. Dr. Robison, and his assistant, stayed late to work on her teeth. They poured all their expertise into getting my moms teeth back in the sockets, and secure so she could eat. We still havent finished the treatment process yet but Dr. Robison has been professional, honest and caring through the whole ordeal. We couldnt be more please with his service and expertise. We would recommend him to anyone!!!
