Need to get better people to dump trash

Thank you for making trash pick up so easy and hassle-free. You guys always put our trash can up against the gate and out of the street, you come every week, on time, the price is great, you take all of our trash, no issues. After dealing with Cards, its really nice to have a professional trash trash company!

Dumpster was smaller (shorter - 4") than ordered so required an additional dumpster pull costing 2x what I expected. The shorter dumpster also created issues with people crawling into the dumpster to pilfer through items. I discussed the need to secure the dumpster on my first call to schedule, asked for the same dumpster we had before which was taller, had verbal confirmatino that we would get the same, did not get the same. Had to call multiple times over 3-4 days to get dumpster dumped and returned (most likely just a busy time but expected 48 hours or next day turn around). Very few local options and this is apparently one of the best so just be sure to know what you are getting, ask questions, ask for an email confirming the specific dumpster to be delivered and a list of all costs to have for reference, expect delays. Recommend being on site when dumpster is delivered to confirm placement is where you need it.
