Canceled my State Farm insurance, having no insurance is better then State Farm. I have never being treated this badly by any insurance company. If you have State Farm, great till you have a claim, as soon as you have a claim they will cheat, lie everything they can do to not pay you. As I said I have never seen anything like it.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. This agency is one of the worst Ive ever experienced. On top of being rude and attempting to push me into a life insurance policy because Im so young and theres no way I have a savings to support myself alone in case something happens (he laughed whenever I said I did, and still tried to push it), as the agent said, they do not respond. I have called and talked to their front desk, called to leave voicemails because theyre always unavailable, I have emailed, I have physically come into the office I get a half response every other week if at all concerning a policy they have been overcharging me for a year. On top of if you have a claim, that office will not help you. Not even to help you get into contact with the person actually handling your claim. They tell you to call back, try again later, or call the 1-800 numbers. I will be switching agencies immediately.

They have quite a few issues getting your bill properly adjusted. It seems when a correction needs made they can't get things corrected for whatever reason. Not entirely impressed if I'm being honest and I hate that because Whitney at the front desk tries to be very helpful.
