    Bro you guys have GOT to do better. Seriously. I ordered a large chicken Alfredo pizza. And a youngblood calzone. When I get there, a guy comes out and says they made your calzone wrong and we’re gonna remake it. No big deal. It’s $28.50 or something. Gave him $30 said just keep the change don’t worry about it man. I get home and the calzone is right, and the pizza is a sausage and mushroom pizza. This happens constantly man I just never really complain about it. I love your pizza but please train the guys better or put someone there who is overseeing it all.

    Worst calzone place ever.. ordered a Lrg calzone and got a small size calzone in a small box.. then on the phone asked the price and they said 11.37 and when i get there they charge me 12.37.. and the worst part of all i get home and my wife tells me that the calzone isnt cooked all the way... so now it ruined our food and appetite torn the rest of the bread to show inside the dough still not cooked. DONT go here they dont care much.

    I don’t usually write reviews but I’m here to warn you, if you value customer service and your food to be prepared correctly, this place is not the place for either. I ordered a Calzone and a chicken pepperoni melt sandwich, I ordered it through Postmates around 8:15-8:20 pm and it didn’t arrive until around 8:55pm which I was fine with, I didn’t care about the wait time it was no big deal to me. But what was a big deal was the order itself. A extremely burnt sandwich and a doughy, mushy calzone, I gave a call in right before they closed just to let them know how my order came in pretty bad shape and the woman on the phone proceeded to try and blame Postmates for my food being over and under cooked? Took absolutely no responsibility for the quality of my food and asked to bring my food back in the next day, I work so that wasn’t going to be possible but I said I would take pictures, which I did of the calzone I had to stick back in the oven to actually COMPLETELY cook all the way through and my burnt sandwich. The woman who was there stated the owner had to be there and deem me “worthy” of a refund or a new meal. That was Sunday. It is now Wednesday and they have not contacted me once, I called in Monday and Tuesday to see if the owner was in yet and whoever was there stated the owner was not in and they didn’t know when he would be in. When I called in Tuesday a guy answered the phone, asked whoever he was working with when Robin? Or Robert? (Couldn’t completely make out the name) would be back in, heard some whispering and then he proceeded to ask who was calling, stated I was a customer with a bad order and he said he didn’t know when the Owner would be back in, they still didn’t even tell the Owner about the problem and I’m sure still haven’t because they stated they would “let him know once he comes in” you have no way of telling your boss there is an upset customer that needs to be contacted? I have had to contact them everytime to get an update and honestly if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. I’ve worked customer service jobs for a long time so I can be understandable most times but this??? Is completely ridiculous.
