VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WAS CONSIDERING RENTING FROM FAVORS REAL ESTATE BUT FRIENDS AN FAMILY TOLD THEY ARE VERY LAZY AN DONT ATTEND TO THE REQUEST YOU MAKE DONT WAIST YOUR TIME AN MONEY PEOPLE I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MID EQUITY ASK FOR MARTINA !!

From the first time I met Greg and Connie, all the way through my lease, they were professional and just down right good people.
They were available to show the house I was interested in immediately and made it a priority to get me moved in quickly. Being as I am in the military and had just PCS'd to OK, it really made life a lot less stressful. While I was their tenant, they never bothered me or were intrusive at all. Repairs were always done in a quick manner.
If I didn't purchase my own home, I would have loved to keep them as landlords. I highly recommend going through this company for any real estate needs.

So unprofessional and money hungry people. Promised to fix a few things and the 2 years I rented, was never fixed. Complained over and over about the bug problem and took almost 2 years to come spray. Spent a whole day cleaning the house when I moved out and they kept my deposit and wanted over $500 from me. Listed so much money for "damages". Only thing damaged was my son's bedroom door, left the house spotless! Connie came into the house I was renting from them a couple of times without me knowing then lied about it. Worse people I have ever rented from!
