        5 stars for the fun. 1 star today because I purchased tickets online, and drove 30 minutes here only to discover that I must wait for my tickets to be mailed to me... What? I'm sure there was some fine print I missed, but what the heck? A bunch of disappointed kids. And they weren't all that busy. Some kind of work around would have made this 5 stars. I re-read the offer, and I don't see any language regarding a restriction of when the tickets were valid or even how to use them. The employee said to wait for them in the mail, and I don't even see that. So... Will I see physical tickets?

        Great place for kids. My daughter went there for a birthday party it was a lot of fun. I definitely recommend this place for kids of all ages.
