        While redbox itself is convenient, the customer service and processing is ridiculous. My husband rented a movie and it didnt work so i decided to call it in rather get thier next customer. All they could say is they couldnt give me information even tho i didnt ask for info but was giving it to them. After 30 mins and me having to 3way my husband over a less then 2$ charge they were finally able to help him ignore me and waste my time. Thank you redbox.
