      image Financial / bookkeeping / accounting for charges a disaster. Always paid on time or early - consistently received credit memos or money due. When I addressed this issue personally with the office at Brookdale was told "don't worry about it - it takes a while to get every thing straight." Two months after taking Mother out of Brookdale received a check for $4,000 from Brookdale. Two days later received an invoice with $4,000 due. Therefore not only did family have to be concerned and check on welfare of Mother, always had to deal with concern and worry regarding payment being processed correctly.
