Overall several occasions a rating of disappointed. First a recirculation pump was installed backwards by a company employee for the continuous hot water ability in the home. After a sound we started hearing in the home we made a request for a service call. On that call a co-employee of the company told us (after the pump started making a horrible sound and was heating up to the point it could not be touched) that it was installed backwards by the previous co-employee. We were still charged full price for a new pump and labor for their mistake. That should have been enough reason not to call again but I thought I would give them another try a year later.
On another service call we place an employee came without any tools to convert our stove from natural gas to LP. We did have some tools that would fit the orifices but the employee was so upset with upper management because he said he was sent out to do the job that he didn't really know about and his emotions spilled over about upper management. Then he watched a few YouTube videos on how to do the job.
The disrespect of the staff for management coupled with managements response to the customer was negative, rude and a put-off.
We will not make the same mistakes for a 4th time. This review was typed by the husband of the google account holder.
