My MIL is there currently and we werent too certain of the facility not only from the reviews but we hadnt toured the facility prior to my MIL being discharged from the hospital. We were pleased at the cleanliness and care she had received and had some set back with a few things that were IMMEDIATELY addressed and rectified. Seems they have gone through a change in management and staff so you cant take previous reviews and hold those against them. They are seriously trying and doing a damn good job, if you ask me! Want to send a special thanks to Amanda, ADON, the admin staff as well as all the nurses that came to help my MIL from other wings. It sometimes takes a Village. Keep doing an amazing job!!

This was the first time visiting the facility and i was concerned because of the location but i was impressed! Very clean and my aunt had no complaints

Horrible care. My father is always dirty, and they don't have quality caring staff. There are only a couple that are great and the rest could care less. Very disappointed in the care he has recieved the last 3 months. Before that they were great. What changed??

A 0 isn't a choice given. The 1star is for the few staff members that seem to actually care about the patients. Conditions and cleanliness were poor at best, care was below even basic standards. I do not believe there is enough space here to go into detail on all the issues with the care and facility unfortunately. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Was there under a different last name. Owner isn't taking care of the place like he should. Doesn't seem to care, unless you complain, then he has all kinds of excuses. Facility is run down and depressing. Use bright colors, have an area where patients can go enjoy, not the smoking area for employees. Come on guys, get with it.
