Steadfast Roadside Assistance

My tow was assigned to this company by State Farm roadside assistance. When they didn’t show up, I called the number I was given. He was a total jerk, claimed he didn’t have the assignment, and said I need to call my provider. I am making it my goal for State Farm to drop them as a service provider due to his attitude.

This company should either change the way it operates or close. Unless this company does something about the way they conduct business I will never use them or attempt to again. They costed me time and money and only told me we are going to move on. We are too busy.

Insurance assigned them to me. The man was so rude to me. He told me to send my location and he would tow my vehicle. 2 hours later I texted him but no response. 2 more hours later I called and he said he didn’t know anything about my vehicle. I told him we just spoke and and I sent him my location earlier. He quickly brushed me aside and said if I have a problem to talk to my insurance. This man didn’t care that he told me he would tow my car but for some reason changed his mind and ignored my text. In the end he decided not to tow my car for some reason and didn’t bother to tell me. I was blown away about how blatant his rudeness was.
