Awful experience. Called to make sure Flowers's would be delivered on valentines and they never were. They waited till the day of to call and tell me they were out of that color, after I ordered days in advance. Whenever they called to say they were out I was at work and when I tried to call back (numerous times) it went to voicemail and I never got an answer from them so flowers never got delivered.

Had no idea what I was looking for when I went in. Knew what I didn't want though. Customer service was great and the florist walked me through what she was doing with the bouquet. Topped it with a pink and yellow bow. I'm on the third year anniversary with my girlfriend and she loves her bouquet. Thanks Design by Newberry!
