I guess my first review was removed somehow. These guys are crooks! Came out twice because they couldn’t find the leak. They were Rude to my wife saying our sink leak was from us splashing water in the sink even though the leak was from an obvious fitting under the sink. How these morons couldn’t see it is beyond me. They tried strong arming my wife for payment saying they wouldn’t leave without it. Our builder ended up sending out a different plumbing company and the leak was fixed first try! Then months later we started getting bill after bill and delinquency notices even though we didn’t hire them our builder did!! Our builder finally paid them for their incompetence and they got off our backs. Do not use these scum!!!

I have a brand new house (which innovation did the plumbing install on) that has had issues with the master toilet flushing and now the master sink and tub faucet leaking. I had to call them out twice because the toilet was not fixed the first time. Today they came to fix the sink and tub and tried to leave saying the sink just needed the be tightened when I pointed out it was still leaking so he replaced a part and said it was good. The tub they couldn't figure out what was wrong first then said it was a rubber piece. Shame on me for not checking their work again because tonight the sink is still leaking and I notice they just squirted as much caulk as they could into the faucet where it screws in which I just spent 30 minutes cleaning out to find that is is now leaking worse even when water isn't running. I guess they were just going to let that fill up and mold/seep into our stone and who knows what else. Our house is under warranty but I am seriously considering calling an actual plumber and paying for it so the job is completed correctly and these people don't damage my house even more!!! This place is a joke!!!!
