        Over the years my family and I have rented several properties and have had no issues. Good customer service is hard to find now days, and if you are loking for your next property to rent rest assured BPM will take great care of you. They were responsive to any issues we had and went above and beyond. Thank you.

        Ive been renting here for 4 years now and its been nothing but headaches. Ive been through ice storms, power outages and even broken windows from hail and they always take a while to respond to any work order. I once had to wait 1 month for them to come fulfill a work order and when I called them out on it they proceeded to tell me I never called. I spoke with Bart, person in the front, and he then said I never placed any work order. My advice for anyone looking for a place to rent, even though the rent seems much cheaper than most, you do get what you pay for. Which is horrible service apparently. On top of all of this the move out guide is insane, I might as well own the house if I have to do every single cleaning in detail. My in laws rent houses and even they seem to think this is unnecessary and over the top just for a tenant. PLEASE BE AWARE OF BPM.

      In response to your google review, we have researched your (22) service requests. All show to be completed and in a timely manner based on the severity of the issue, availability of materials, and the documented delays caused by not responding to our vendors attempting to schedule. Oklahoma weather and your electric service is not under our control.The move-out guide is very specific to assist tenants in retention of their deposit. We would rather provide more direction than less. We looked forward to your move-out inspection after your call cursing, berating and raising your voice at our staff to simply schedule that appointment. However, you did not keep that appointment. Upon move-out, the guide was not followed. We would directed the repair of the deep ruts in the front yard, pick up all of the large pet feces all over the back yard, removing trash and overfilled bins. Carpet and wall damages, and cleaning, along with many other items, needed attention.We know moving is a stressful time. We did our best to assist you by accommodating your request to pro-rate February rent and allowed for early move out. We feel that speaks to our strength in customer service and willingness to work with tenants. We would have preferred to not publicly respond to your review but as we have done nothing but provide proper service over the many years you have opted to stay in a rental under our management we felt it necessary to respond.
