Worse experience ever in this store the girl that help us was rude and didnt give us to many options and every time we ask something she answer short and rude her names was Cristina I think Im not really sure but she is just rude and the last time my sister went she told her that every phone came with the plan which include phone protector front and back and insurance which normally is opcional. Overall no go to this STORE

I went in yesterday looking to upgrade my phone. I was working with the stores associate manager, but I cant remember his name. My experience was extremely frustrating, to say the least.
To start, I walked in and told him I wanted to upgrade my phone. He said okay, and that was about it. I was trying to ask about promotions, and he was unhelpful. I asked what kind of promotions I would qualify for and was met with short answers. I told him to go ahead and upgrade my rate plan from Magenta Max to Go 5g Plus with the impression the plan would be future-dated since I was in the middle of my billing cycle. He told me to sign my EIP agreement. As I was reviewing the agreement, I noticed he had added a charging block and a screen protector I did not ask for. When I asked him about it, he told me they come with the phone and I dont have to pay for them upfront and that he did not add a phone case because I had mentioned I buy my own phone cases. I told him those accessories do not typically come with phones and that I would not sign the agreement. He told me he could not cancel the order and to just let them come in the mail and then go to the store, and they would fix it. I told him I was happy to call customer care and get my order fixed and taken care of and immediately got an order cancelled text, and he started placing a new order for me. By this point, I was beyond frustrated and left without signing the new EIP agreement. I called the closest corporate store to see if they had the iPhone 15 Pro in stock, and they did. I called customer care and cancelled my order from the previous store and asked about my rate plan change. She said it had already been changed, and I asked her to change it back and future-date the new rate plan so my billing wouldnt be messed up next time. She was so sweet and got everything fixed for me. At the corporate store I worked with Daryl, and he was awesome. He got me all taken care of and reviewed my account to make sure my plan and everything was correct; he did not add anything extra to my account like the other guy did and was pleasant and accommodating the entire time.
Overall, I do not suggest going to this store, and if you do, pay attention to your EIP agreement and make sure nothing is added that is not supposed to be.
