Gas valve went out on my furnace today. Dustin and Red got right out to take care of it and I have heat now. Couldn't be happier with the response time or customer service from these guys.

If i could give these guys a 0 i would considering he put in a new system left freeyon lines on the ground left the duct work all uninselated an tells us its are fault they cannot install a system properly never call these rude horrible people who do not have a clue what they are doing money hungry greety old man an incompotent helper who cant even anwser a phone properly

Im Dwayne Hathcoat I have owned, operated and personally done most all work at Hathcoat Heating and Air Conditioning for more than 20 years. My company did not install any equipment in the Epples house or otherwise the person that left the only bad review is completely mistaken about her data.
