I was promised a turnkey home but Glen quickly said after the money was exchanged that they don't do that and basically called me and my family liars. The job took a year to not complete. It was poor quality, so much that after he backed out of the job I had been repairing the mistakes for months now. They didn't hire professional contractors and they hardly ever worke. d more than 1 day a week. I am now having to replace the front door because it is rotten.they buried the water line to shallow so the line freezes every time it gets below freezing. Now the water pressure is so low that the washing machine barely works. Also went to their supposed office and found out that it is not there. They will not return my calls and last time they wouldn't tell me the name of the company that installed our central ac and heating.

The guys are polite, but they did a bad job. I mentioned to Glen how I felt, and he said they would be out to fix all the problems. Well they never came back out and eventually stopped responding to me all together. In the beginning I did recommend this company to others. It came with regret after being able to analyze the quality and also see that they were not going to fix it. The paint job is awful they hardly got one coat coverage. They also painted with the wrong kind of paint for the metal, it rusted through almost immediately. All the caulking they did has shriveled up and left gaps where the beams meet the wall. They did not nail down all the plywood for the roof, as I was repainting my self, sections of the roof will literally lift up off the beams. I agreed to roll roofing but they did not apply it correctly, the edges keep rolling up, I do not think they torched it down like it was supposed to be. There are no end caps on the beams so a family of wasp have now gather inside one of them, I had paint spills on my patio and parts of my roof. I believe they spent too many days not making much progress on my project and started cutting corners at the cost of quality for me the customer. I've been working on it my self. It took me awhile to finally say anything, but at the end of the day this isn't fair that I have to pay anything at all to get it looking decent.

We recently bought a new house. We did our research and finally went with Braun Renovations. I have to say they were the best. Reasons for the 5 star review, 1. Communication was first class (either by text, conversation, or phone call). 2. Their detail in their work surpassed our expectation. 3. If we had a "concern" or question. They listened and answered - problem was always solved. 4. All of the material that was used within the construction was approved by us before installation. Now to explain how this work with us. We had major reconstruction. We had a plan to remove a low bearing wall, for an open concept floor plan. We explained our vision, plan was made, and the work started. During the process of our construction, there were changes that I made (painted the trim, new base boards, & lighting). These changes weren't small changes. Everyone loves last minutes changes (LOL). However, there wasn't a problem. We got 5 inch base boards, trim was painted white, and hanging light over the sink. I do have before and after pictures. However, I was unable to post on this thread. I want to make sure these guys get credit for their work so I will be posting on other website. Braun Renovations, thank you for your work. I will be calling again at the end of the summer for the kitchen/marble installation. The after picture is not complete and will be updated after furniture installation, etc. Services: Tile work installation, Remodeling, Drywall repair, Install flooring, Paint indoors, Demolition
