        If I was a secret shopper, this store would've failed miserably. Customer service should not change from person to person, it should be consistent across the board. Why the lady in front of me got great customer service and I got the bare minimum is beyond me. Not even a "hello, how are you?" after I greeted the cashier is atrocious. Do better.
