When I contracted Naidu Law my original attorney Andrea and her paralegal Clarissa both were kind and empathetic to my situation and gave me confidence that my case would be handled with care. But after several months both had resigned from the firm and I was reassigned a new attorney Rhonda Telford, and her paralegal Jeff. Soon after Jeff resigned and Dylan was his replacement. Then when Dylan resigned Julia Telford was his replacement. With all the reshuffling going on I was charged several times for the new staff to review and bring up to speed on my case. From the get go with Rhonda communication was slow coming and I remained patient as to let the process proceed. She never seamed interested or concerned, nor operated with a sense of urgency. Months would go by with nothing being filed. Having already reached an agreement with my ex-spouse we still waited months and months just to find that my case was put on hold even though I never asked for this. Finally after 18 months since I first contacted the firm my case was settled costing me approximately $18,000. In short Naidu Law is way over priced for the value you receive and watching Rhonda get schooled by the Legal Aid attorney was embarrassing. P.s. if you need to contact the firm between 11am-2pm good luck because Candace Telford and Julia Telford are away from the phone.

After about 8 months my lawyer quit the firm, 5 months after he quit I fired him for not doing his job. Not keeping up with paperwork previously completed. After a year of waiting for them to literally do anything and didn't. I just wanted to be done and get a refund. Once they know your done, they're done with you, won't awnser the phones. Naidu law, and jeff or Gerard dumas are crooks. The bad reviews are legit and I should have done my homework before wasting my money.

THE WORST team ever. I can truly say without a doubt that they will not prioritize your case. Never picks up the phone. Will not listen. I had an easy case to handle. Needed full custody of my son legally to be able to get his passport for September. Its about to be august and Rhonda still has closed this case which shouldve been closed in May when his boo dad didnt come to court. Now shes away until the last week of August and time has ran out to actually care about my case properly now. PLEASE dont listen to a word they say, they dont actually care about your case when they have plenty more. Stay far away from this useless team. As long as they have your bank info they WILL take advantage of that for as long as you let them. They will purposely drag a simple case for months and months without answering a phone call and leave you broke as a coke. I wish I wouldve read all the reviews before giving her almost $6,000 just to do NOTHINGGGGG

I used this firm in 2020 for a divorce with children and the process was smooth and easy. During what was an incredibly stressful time in my life, I was glad to have them. I had to call to get a copy of our decree after losing it between two moves, and Jayshree was so quick to get me a copy within just a few hours. Fantastic customer service!
