If you have interests in oil/gas in Oklahoma, Roberto Seda is the man for the job. He has a depth of knowledge about rights, titles, documentation, and applicable law that sets him apart from whomever gets assigned to your problem at a big name law firm. He is proactive and very responsive to questions. Because he actually writes title requirements for investigations, he is also able to interpret those written by others. Roberto helped me more in a day to know how to resolve my oil/gas title issues than my last attorney accomplished in 3 months.
