        Lack of communication. The total was way more than I expected, nothing on paper before installation. Much carpet left over. The sales person said we agreed to everything, when we did,nt.

        Bryan's Flooring referred us to Jezreel at J&H Flooring to perform our tile work in our home. We agreed on a scheduled day and time to have the work done. I contacted Jezreel the day before, who confirmed that he would show up at our home at 8 AM on the following day. Jezreel never showed up, never called, never texted and won't return any messages. A word of advice to Bryan's Flooring...you should make sure that the contractors that you refer are reliable. Unacceptable.

        Horrible, I came in and the sales person was busy and the manager stayed in a conversation with a person for almost 10 minutes and never even asked if I needed anything. I just came in and wasted my time and never going back in.
