Tony Foss Flowers

I ordered Valentine's Day flowers for my wife well in advance, and the order was never delivered despite being guaranteed. The following day I had called to inquire about my order and it was not on record. I can understand that things are busy during a holiday like Valentine's Day; however, the lack of empathy from Tony Foss Flowers is what annoyed me. I was told "it's Valentine's Day- we get a lot of orders". As a customer who has used TF flowers for years I am very disappointed to be treated like a number on a very special day, while having a very disappointed wife who did not receive the order I made for her. It has become clear over my past few dealings with them that they are complacent due to their success. I will use a florist who is more reliable moving forward.

I have used Tony for stuff around OKC for years. This is the first time I have wired something to someone. The folks that got the gift basket were pleased with the product.

I was cut off on the highway by their delivery van today. They were speeding and weaving through traffic. I guess maybe they were going to provide my funeral flowers.
