I wish I would have checked your ratings before ordering for my mother's 72nd birthday. I ordered before 10am and delivery destination was less than 7 minutes away from the store. It took 10 hours to deliver. Delivery was to an assisted living facility and arrived at 8pm after my mother was already in bed asleep. I tried numerous times to get ahold of someone and left voice mail with no return call. It was my first time ordering and it will be my last. After talking to several family members they also had the same experiences in the past.

Dont order here. Find somewhere else. I promise it'll be a better experience. I ordered my daughter a cute birthday gift. I added a teddy bear and extra balloon. I ordered on March 30th, 2024 thinking that will be more than enough time to have it delivered on her birthday April 5th, 2024. I've been asking all morning did she get it. eventually I looked online, it says it hasn't been made yet, just ordered and received. I'm so sad. I knew a coworker that got an order every anniversary in the morning. I thought it would be like that. Just a little surprise on my daughter's birthday. I have heard negative reviews, but decided to hope for the best. I keep calling, no ones answering the phone. Of course I'll cancel the order. I'd assume that's what they want you to do either way. I'm so to my daughter though. She was really looking forward to it. Don't waste your money here. There are plenty of other delivery places. Choose one of them.

Where do I begin I ordered a bouquet of flowers and some edible goodies for my wife 2 weeks prior to and for Valentine's day hoping it would help make her day and to show my appreciation. Seeing as how I'm currently overseas I relied on this store and company to deliver said items, they failed it was 5 pm and the order wasn't even worked on. My wife had to take time out of her day and stop by the store and demanded a refund due to their lack of professionalism. I tried contacting the store and the company phone line hours prior and received no answer. Needless to say my last time ordering from edible arrangements.
