I had used Parker Bros Roofing before and was so pleased with them so called and Brandon came out soon to help me this time. He was professional and kind explaining all along the four trades needed to complete the excellent job and when I need another roof, I will be back requesting him. My roof is beautiful and I've recommended them to others who have also been happy with their trades and roof. Linda Mahoney, Midwest City, OK

I wish I could give ZERO stars cause I'm not giving them 1 star I did that to leave this WARNING. They may do a god job for the people's home's they're SUPPOSED to do work at BUT when they're in the WRONG this is how they handle it.
Parker Brothers Roofing in Midwest City came to my house last year around this time, and didn't pay attention to their address detail nor did they ring the bell to see if they were at the right house they just got on our roof, and started tearing it up.
We thought it was another contractor we had that my mother filed a claim with that was doing our roof. I found out it wasn't my contractor then I told one of them. Then after some time Christian Pacheco came to the door and told my mother they had the wrong address and they were gonna put a new roof on, and he was gonna bring the paper work of the damage they done and fixed.
Well that was last year. Due to personal reasons our contractor put it off for a year. Then he went back on our roof recently to re inspect the roof for hail damage 3/5/24. He told me, "They F'd y'all they didn't put a new roof up". He took pictures of it.
Plus while they were so called putting on new roof my sister's ex husband came thru after we called him because he did roofing work in the past and he said there's no way they put a new roof on that fast. It must've taken them 45 minutes to put on what Mr Pecheco called a new roof that had two shingles missing.
They put a Band-Aid on a wound that needed stitches.
I have pictures of two shingles missing over the garage. REALLY Mr Pecheco a NEW roof with shingles and insulation missing smh? Last year was the hottest year on record, and the damage they did to our roof along with taking out the insulation and not replacing it is what caused our central air to go out last year, and probably the hot water tank too. We were without hot water from June to November, and went a few days without central air.
Mr Pacheco lied and said he would bring the paperwork for the damages they did and how they fixed it. It's been over a year and he STILL hasn't bought the paperwork even after I called him this month and asked again he said he'd bring it to me and never did.
Parker Brothers Roofing neglected to handle the damage THEY did to a residence THEY weren't supposed to be at. They basically gave my elderly mother the finger and didn't insulate the roof correctly or put a new one on and Mr Christian Pecheco NEVER gave us that paperwork for their damages.
Imagine if I didn't live with my mother to PROTECT her from people who will take advantage of her like Parker Brothers Roofing and Mr. Pecheco? PLEASE watch ova your elders they're our precious jewels. This seems racists to me because I KNOW they wouldn't do an elderly white woman in a white neighborhood like this.
But THIS is how they treated an 82 year old elderly black woman with diabetes who sleeps with a breathing machine. THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN ON OUR PROPERTY. BE WARE! Now we have to take these people to court to get justice.
