This guy is the same David from "David the Handyman OKC" took my money and split. Came up with excuses claiming that the work order would be done. One week later, he is still using every excuse in the book. His websites do not have any certification nor does he have a verified address. Absolutely do not pay this guy up front under any circumstances.

Everything started out great with David. Unfortunately, within the span of a week he apparently had to fire several helpers, two family members went to jail, and he got kicked out of the place he was living. This led to him asking for full payment up front before work was finished. I said no but stupidly ended up giving final payment after work was 85% done, thinking he surely would finish the simple tasks left. I was wrong. This was the last time I saw him. I text him several times after that. The excuse that it would get done "tomorrow" and then blaming his helpers became a mantra. He even tried to get me to let him live in one of my vacant properties. Finally he told me it was done. I went to my property to inspect and literally nothing had been done since he was last there. In fact, materials and trash from the prior week were still on site with my tenants having to try to deal with it. He went from delaying work with bogus stories to outright lying to me. I am now having to pay another person to finish the job and haul off what should have already been taken care of. If you read some of the other reviews you can tell David's business model is essentially to get people to feel sorry for him and give him full payment before all the work is done. At this point, he will take off but keep you hopeful by giving you bogus promises. Would not recommend.
