I am an agent who represented a buyer on their recent purchase of a Mashburn Faires Home in Covell Valley. As someone who deals with sellers and builders all the time, I am deeply impressed with their communication, attention to detail, quality, and process. Shane Mashburn walked the buyer through every inch of their home explaining both the construction and the upkeep of them home. He caught details to be fixed that we could not even see. The only thing the home inspector could find at all was lower shower pressure in the master bedroom shower. They had it fixed immediately. Highly recommend.

I have never experienced the level of customer service we received from Mashburn Faires! Shane and Amanda were amazing throughout the purchase process...quick responses, detailed new home orientation, and the cutest little welcome home sign left for us on move in day. I just passed my one year mark in my home and Im still amazed at what an awesome home I bought from such remarkable people. Thank you so so so much!
