        Staff sometimes helpful if u get the local branch. Dont call the call center they know nothing. My claim was handled poorly. They have one adjuster in my state, and i had to match his schedule to get an inspection. Since i couldn't match his schedule, my vehicle damage was not inspected or estimated, and my claim was never paid. Nobody ever called to follow up, just nothing. They got dozens chasin my payment, but only one responding to claims...hmmm. And just my filing the claim affected my rates even tho i did nothing wrong. I was parked and hit by a drunk lady. Still, claim never paid, rates went up, nobody cares.
