Brett is one of the most talented designers I've worked with in my career. I'm incredibly fortunately to partner with him on multiple projects, and I can tell you a few things about the experience I've had and what I've witnessed from his clients:
- He's absolutely obsessed with getting it right. If it takes more time, he'll spend the time. If it needs more work than what was in the scope, he'll pull an all-nighter to get it just right for you. The guy never quits, never stops short.
- He's one of those rare designers that can handle the business and account service side of things too. You won't hate talking to him. You won't see his eyes rolling back or glazing over as you give him feedback. He's dialed in, engaged and present, and he has the bedside manner to be thoughtful, empathetic and patient along the way.
- He's really good. Like, you'll-regret-working-with-anyone-else good. I've been doing this a long time now and I trust him with my own brand, my clients and to make decisions without me intervening or being in the room. He does what's right, he doesn't give up and the end result is really fantastic.
Long-story short: Don't hesitate. Don't shop it. Don't bid it out. Hire Mama.
