CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC - Closed

Have had the absolute worst experience with Chad. He is very rude and unprofessional, he speaks to me as if Im stupid and offers no explanation on any of the documents he sends over like Im just supposed to know it all as a first time home buyer and nothing on our loan was done in a timely manner, our closing date has been pushed back 3 times. I just want to close on our house. Would not recommend.

Tim White made our home buying process easy. He reassured us along the way and answered all my questions. He kept in contact, made sure we were well taken care of and had great customer service. My family can't thank him enough!

Most unprofessional experience Ive ever had with a lender. Tim White has been unresponsive across the board after single handedly delaying closing for my clients 5 times over a month long period. Not giving updates to me, the listing agent, closing coordinator or title company. When he has responded, it was an extremely rude email to my closing coordinator after repeated attempts to get updates and answers. Has lied to clients saying they are ready to close while simultaneously telling the title company we need to further delay. I assume this was an attempt to get clients to think title company was the reason for delay. Costing them thousands to stay at a home they are trying to close on. Would never work with this company again and strongly advise anyone to find a different lender. I have never had to write a bad review before but I am so beyond frustrated with this lender so hope to save someone else the headache!

If I could score them more than 5 stars I would. Tim White and his team are absolutely amazing. They worked hard to get myself and my husband into a new home. Tim made himself available to always answer any questions I had during the whole process. I will be sure to refer Cross Country Mortgage to family and friends.
