I came to see a room before booking for three months on two different occasions after reading reviews.
Carl, the front desk staff, was very understanding the first time and allowed me to take a look at a room that had significant water damage in the bathroom, but it was open. He didnt really tell me anything else about the property, so I had to ask. After reading some more reviews regarding pet waste, cleanliness, and roaches I wanted to ensure this was the right fit for me before booking for such an extended period of time.
After requesting the next day to see the room again to have a more detailed look at the place, such as in the cabinets or other dark places roaches may stay, Carl had an attitude with me, claiming I guess, and slammed the door on his way out. I decided to leave after this encounter.

Kitchen sink leaked and so did bathroom shower door. Requested for this to be fixed twice during our stay. Very disappointed in the lack of service and communication about these issues.
Rooms: Disappointed by upkeep of rooms.
