I wouldn't recommend taking anyone you love to this place! The staff is careless! They take horrible care of your loved ones. I literally had to cuss the nurses out every single time I went to check on my mom and she was only there for rehab. She was filthy every single time I went. She was wet every time I went which also caused her to have a bed sore that they did a horrible job taking care of. The nurses never knew what was going on and the CNA's didn't either. They only person who was actually helpful was the nurse who works on weekends, Monica. Do not take your family to this place!

My sister is left unattended except for meal delivery til bedtime. And recently she was assaulted by a aid verbally and physically. I recently learned this aid is still on staff with facility, suspended but still able to return. The administrator told me there is a nationwide shortage of nurses. Ive involved the state and also APS in this, the administrator is outta line. She fell from her bed and was left til next morning on 24th, hence no bed checks.

I am quite perplexed to receive a text about asking to give feedback about my visit to the nursing home as I did not visit, nor have I ever been there in person.
It is quite concerning that someone visited and represented themselves as me or the wrong patients family member was sent a text message.
My sister has been ill with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea for more than 4 months. She has not received adequate care, she was only give anti nausea medication. I called the center on 9-18-23 and spoke to Shannon. She said she would call me back and never has. Its not normal for someone to have diarrhea for this extended period of time and not receive care or compassion from the staff. This is terrible.
