Level Up Roofs

All work items were subcontracted out (except inspection and collecting checks) and without supervisory oversight of work crews. Poor communication. Project time line was incorrectly estimated and less than professionally executed. Numerous rework items involved and innumerable delays. Property stolen by sub cons. Paperwork submissions to insurance company were very late with errors requiring resubmissions (lack of punctuality and follow-up). Lastly, the work crews trashed our property while our home was on the market. Work crews showed up a day before our open house (with no advance notice) and wrecked numerous plants and trashed the yards. It was all eventually cleaned up but the stress of dealing with this company over 6 months of time for a roof and the sting of personal property loss still lingers.

Had a small leak and after researching roofing companies, I was impressed with Level Up Roofing. They accommodated me quickly so that my roof would be fixed before the next round of storms. Great work and very fair pricing. Thank you Level Up!

I have used this company twice and both times have had incredible experiences. I really felt like I received quality work for very reasonable price. Both times the whole process was explained thoroughly and was presented without feeling pressured. The work was completed (small roof repair and full seamless gutter installation) quickly and professionally. These folks will be my only call for any further needs!

We had a leak where next to our chimney. I contacted Level Up and they came out and completed a free estimate. It was determined our roof wasn't up to code and needed replaced. We were devastated and overwhelmed. Thankfully, Chastity with Level Up took care of everything! She had one of her team members meet at our house with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. She communicated with them to guarantee everything was set up and in place to help make sure our roof was replaced correctly and covered so that we would only need to pay the deductible. It was the easiest project we've ever been a part of thanks to the Level Up team! The crew members repairing the roof went to our neighbors and gave them business cards and told them if anything, even a nail, fell off our roof and into their yard to call them and they would come clean it up! The job only took 2 days and they worked all day to make sure the roof was completed quickly! I would highly recommend Level Up Roofs if you're needing your roof repaired!
