All I can say is WOW! I called Rusty after a mishap in the shower resulted in a big hole in the insert. He came over and assessed it and said he could remove the insert and replace it with tile. The quality of work that they did was second to none. The end product was absolutely beautiful. I was also impressed with how clean they were while the job was being done. They treated my home like it was their own. Most impressive was the fact that the job was started and completed on time. I would highly recommend these guys on any tile work that you need done. Advanced Tile Concepts tiled and textured our master bath at the end of 2020. Three companies looked at project. One never sent a quote, one had to be reminded to send a quote and Advanced Tile Concepts promptly provided their quote. Even though ATC’s quote was higher than other quote, it was very clear in ATC’s detailed quote they understood everything we were wanting done and had broken it into sections so we could see how much a specific request would cost, such as move the shower drain or tile the shower ceiling. Their follow through and attention to detail led us to select ATC for our remodel. ATC coordinated all plumbing and the installation of a new soaker tub which went well. There was thoughtful attention to detail in all phases of the project and ATC collaborated throughout the project when an improvement or design decision needed to be made. Rusty and Russ were neat, courteous and punctual through the entire project. We would not hesitate to use them again. Services: Remodelling, Tile fitters

Rusty does excellent work! MANY projects throughout our home... flooring , kitchen backsplash, shower and bathroom tiles etc! We have used him for 15 years- and will continue to use him! Highly recommend
