My son took me here for my birthday as we wanted to try something new yesterday afternoon. We ordered the Saiko Combo ($75) and had to upgrade ($9) to get Wagyu as they were out of most of it (We understand this can be out of their control). We also ordered a couple of drinks which took forever to get and when they came (separately), the server said there was no bartender and he was searching around for the ingredients to make the drinks (Old fashioned and Margarita), because he didn't know how to make them. The margarita was all mixer, with no hint of tequila or fresh lime. However, the old fashioned tasted like straight liquor. My son later ordered a Sapporo which we thought the server forgot about, but he returned after 30 min to tell him that the keg was "messed up." We never got our Miso soup. We ordered Garlic Chicken Udon noodles, but got the Beef Bibimbap. The filet and tuna tower were good, but the rest of the food was very underwhelming. We had to ask for the included dessert from a different server that stopped by our table. There was no refill on our water until our meal was finished, plates removed and we were visiting. The other server got this for us as well. $125 later (without gratuity) we left disappointed in what we hoped would be a great, and fun experience. There were five tables in the restaurant at this time.

Went in for dinner around 530pm (with reservation) with family for the AYCE dinner. The waitress was great and did the best she could but the kitchen staff was horrible. I want to say 1/3 of the menu was not available tonight (no pork of any kind, no chicken of any kind including karage, no hangar steak, no ice cream of any flavor). Whatever they had took forever to bring out. Should probably warn customers a lot of items are not available if you are going to charge full price. Pic of my receipt to show that I ate there tonight. The owner is usually there when I gone in to eat in the past but the owner was not there tonight, lack of management when the boss is not around?
