If I could give negative stars I would. I've had policies with several different companies and never worked with such a rude agent. My rates kept raising although I never filed a claim or had any other changes. I paid like clockwork every month for 5 years, and after all that time I can't even get a call back to let me know my rates were changing, again! On top of that, after canceling my account, I can't get a full refund for rates I never agreed to, and services I never used. Thank God I never needed to use the insurance, because something tells me John would be nowhere to be found in an emergency. Honestly, I'm shocked this guy still has a business to screw people with. Also, the rates ended up being some of the highest I've researched recently. Do yourself a favor and check with other companies, or at least other agents!

Love Kayly Orr, my Farmers Insurance lady!!! Very personable and I know she has my best interest at heart!!! Completely satisfied with my insurance experience with Farmers insurance.
