        I ordered a Peace Lilly for a funeral service and it wasn’t delivered. Bill couldn’t find the order!! He hung up on me and I called him back and asked for him to refund my credit card and he told me to call my bank and put a dispute on it. He would not refund my card and hung up on me again. He was very hateful.
